Paleontologists from the Texas Memmorial Museum excavating Pleistocene fauna in the mid-1930s along the Berclair Terrace (also known as Buckner Ranch) along the Bee-Goliad County boundary. This locality has yielded a number of Paleoindian points, and it is quite likely that these were associated with the late Ice Age animal bones. TARL Archives.
