This old photo shows three men of the Kincheon family on a wagon like the one Ransom would have had. Kincheonville was a freedmen community located in south Austin, east of Brodie Lane and north of Davis Lane. As a crow flies, it was only 4 or 5 miles north of the Williams farmstead.
